Refund policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Every installation of StintLoop includes a 30-day trial of Pro, so you can check that it fits your work before you pay.

14-day refund

If StintLoop doesn't work for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase or of any renewal. You don't need to give a reason. When the refund is made, the licence for that period ends and StintLoop switches to the free plan.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are paid by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. Most banks show the money within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and StintLoop then keeps working as a free timer. We may refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse, for example repeated purchase and refund.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal; how it applies to digital purchases is set out in Paddle's buyer terms. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
